Icon on Civil3D quick access doesn't show

I have tried various formats but can’t seem to get the quick access icons to show in Civil3D. Revit icons on quick access work fine.

Is this happening with local or online QuickAccesses ?
And which version or Civil 3d/ Orkestra are you getting this issue in ?

Currently happening on Local QuickAccess.
Orkestra v2022.1.6.1

Icon preview also does not show on Orkestra like it does with Revit quickaccess.

Can you please see if Orkestra 1.7.2 behave better or not?
