What type of customization are we talking ? 
understood! but what type of customization? Changing colors ? shapes? adding a logo?
mainly the location of the inputs but yes also changing colors ,etc etc
oh right! Good news is there is a very easy and flexible way to manage position of your inputs. Just arrange them in the graph the way you want them to be in the form

More customization of the form is planned but it has not made it to the top of the things to achieve for us yet.
