Unable to upload definitions

Starting today I have been getting errors when trying to upload definitions to workspaces. I tested on Orkestra 1.9.10.0, 2.0.0.0 and 2.0.0.6.

If I am updating an existing definition the version history does show the upload, but when trying to run the script or opening it in Dynamo an older version is executed instead.

I also tried uploading from the web app, there are no errors reported there but the changes are not reflected in the Revit add-in.

Now uploads are working again, and I get the latest versions of the definitions to load & run. Thanks for the fix!
