A proud moment for us at Orkestra Online: we’ve now delivered three episodes of our Learn From Experts series, bringing together some strong voices from the AEC automation community.
The idea behind the series has been simple from the beginning: less hype, more real experience.
For each episode, we don’t just talk about automation. We work together on an actual project, explore how the expert approaches the problem, and discuss what is changing in the industry as AI becomes part of everyday AEC workflows.
In our latest episode, I sat down with Enrique Galicia, Director of AI & Innovation at Avant Leap to talk about BIM, automation, information management, and the way AI is reshaping how we think about developing solutions.
One topic I found particularly interesting was what we should expect from the next generation of automation professionals.
As AI makes coding and tool creation more accessible, knowing how to write code is only one part of the job. Understanding the problem, connecting different workflows, making good technical decisions, and knowing what is actually valuable for a project are becoming even more important.
That is exactly the kind of conversation we want Learn From Experts to create.
