Hello Orkestrators!
We just shared another example of what you can build with OkPy Agent, this time in AutoCAD.
AutoCAD projects can contain hundreds or even thousands of blocks, and keeping them organized according to project layer standards can quickly become repetitive work.
In Episode 9, we explore a simple question:
What if AutoCAD could understand your blocks and organize them for you?
Using OkPy Agent, we created an Auto-Layer Organizer that automatically:
- identifies the blocks in the drawing
- understands what each block represents
- groups them into relevant categories
- creates the required layers
- assigns the blocks to the correct layers based on the defined project standards
In this example, the tool identified and reorganized the drawing automatically, resulting in:
20 blocks moved and 7 layers created.

Instead of manually selecting blocks, checking their names, creating layers and assigning everything one by one, the user can review the proposed organization and apply it directly.
The interesting part is that this is not a fixed automation created specifically for this drawing.
With OkPy Agent, you can describe the workflow you need in human language and build your own AutoCAD automation tools without starting from C# or Python.
The goal is simple: spend less time maintaining drawings manually and more time working on the actual project.
