As I mentioned on LinkedIn, what would be the possibility of being able to archive old tools? I have previously created an Old folder where I have put some older tools, but definitely not all of them. I currently have right around 200 tools deployed, but only maybe 50 (probably less) are ones that are still in use. As I continue to work to convert old tools over to C#, taking the originals and archiving them seems like a good way to clean everything up.

Heyyy welcome to the forum ! 😁

Are you thinking like an archive limbo where all archived tools are? Or something thah would keep archived tools in their location ?

I was pondering this for a bit and not 100% set on anything. But maybe it becomes a new hub, following a standard (hub name\_Archive). And as tools are archived, it ends up in an identical workspace in the archive hub. That way the tools stay somewhat organized.

Interesting !
I’m asking because this is something we have already considered and weren’t entierly convinced by either option. The “one location for all archives” is fairly straightforward and i like it but then come the issue of tools with the same name 😕

Could you append the tool name with and archive suffix or something? If there are tools with the same name being archived, then perhaps prefix with archive and suffix with a date stamp.
